What we do
Preparing people for real careers in NZ dairy
Leadership Development
From farm operator to manager. Mindset, communication and decision-making for people stepping into greater responsibility on-farm.
NZ Pasture-Based Systems
Practical training in pasture-based dairying: reproduction, feed budgeting, herd KPIs and the seasonal calving system that defines NZ dairy.
English & Cultural Integration
Farming-specific English, Kiwi workplace culture and an introduction to Māori culture — the things nobody explains when newcomers arrive.
Who’s behind Campo Kiwi
Fernando Boris
Fernando is a veterinarian and former university lecturer from Argentina, specialised in animal reproduction. After moving to New Zealand, he progressed from Farm Assistant to Contract Milker, and today is responsible for around 1,000 cows on 417 hectares.
Everything taught through Campo Kiwi comes from that lived, on-farm experience — not a textbook. The platform now supports a growing community of Spanish-speaking professionals working towards leadership roles on New Zealand dairy farms.

A pipeline of trained, motivated talent
Latin America has a deep pool of people with genuine farming backgrounds, strong work ethic and a real interest in pasture-based dairying — but limited access to the language, systems knowledge and cultural context needed to succeed in New Zealand.
Campo Kiwi closes that gap before people ever set foot on a New Zealand farm — covering NZ herd systems, reproduction and KPIs, farming-specific English, and an honest introduction to Kiwi and Māori culture.
We’re building relationships across the NZ dairy sector — with industry bodies, training providers and farm employers — to connect well-prepared, Spanish-speaking talent with the people who need it.
